Reporting a code that did not work
This is the most useful message you can send us. Please include:
- The code you tried.
- The country you were ordering from.
- Roughly what the basket total was.
- The exact message Temu showed you.
Never send us your Temu password, card details, or any verification code. We will never ask for them, and neither will Temu support.

Use the same address and put “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, write to the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
