An “invalid code” message on Temu covers a dozen different situations. Work through these in order rather than retrying the same code, because retrying never changes an eligibility decision.
1. The code is for new accounts only
The most common cause by a distance. Welcome bundles are checked against your account order history at the moment you apply them. If your account has ordered before, the answer will not change no matter how many times you try, and no amount of clearing cookies or reinstalling the app will alter it. 2. The basket is under the minimum spend
