TemuCouponCodes is an independent publisher of discount codes and shopping guides. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. We are not affiliated with Temu.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and, where relevant, re-test a code.
- Comments. If commenting is enabled and you leave one, we store the name, email address and website you enter, along with your IP address and browser user agent for spam filtering.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, referring page, requested page and timestamp. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled on this site, it records pages viewed, approximate location at city or country level, device type and how you arrived. We use this in aggregate to decide what to write next.
- Affiliate tracking. When you click a link to Temu, the destination may set a cookie or append an identifier so a resulting purchase can be attributed to this site. We see totals, not who you are or what you bought.

We do not collect payment details. Nothing is sold on this site, and no payment is ever taken here.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To run the site and keep it secure — legitimate interests.
- To reply to your messages — legitimate interests, or performance of a request you made.
- To measure traffic and improve content — consent where required, legitimate interests otherwise.
- To earn affiliate commission that funds the site — legitimate interests, and consent where local law requires it for tracking.
- To meet legal obligations — legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help operate the site:
- Our hosting provider, which processes server logs.
- Our analytics provider, if analytics is enabled.
- Affiliate networks and merchants, which receive click and conversion data when you follow an outbound link.
- Spam-filtering and security services, if enabled.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
6. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence: up to 24 months after the last message, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Comments and their metadata: kept indefinitely so follow-up replies make sense, unless you ask for removal.
- Server logs: typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the host.
- Analytics data: retained according to the analytics provider settings, normally no more than 14 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Under the GDPR you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the administration area is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to other sites
Outbound links, including links to Temu, lead to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before providing personal information.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
