Most coupon pages are scraped from other coupon pages. The result is a long list where almost nothing works, because nobody ever removes a dead code. This page explains what we do instead, so you can judge the board on the method rather than on the claim.
How a code gets onto the board
- The code is entered at checkout on a live Temu account that has previous orders, because a code that only works on a fresh account is useless to our readers.
- The basket total is recorded before and after the code is applied. If the total does not move, the code is not published.
- We record the conditions that made it work: rough basket size, whether a minimum applied, and whether another promotion had to be removed first.
- The offer is published with an eligibility badge that states plainly who can use it.
How often the board is re-checked
The board carries a check date at the top of every page. We re-test on a fixed schedule rather than when traffic dips, and the date is updated only when a test actually happened. If the stamp looks old, treat the board as old.
What happens to codes that stop working
A code that fails twice in a row is deleted from the site. It is not moved to an “expired” section, greyed out, or left in place to make the list look longer. A short board that works is worth more than a long one that does not.
What we cannot promise
- Temu limits many promotions by country, by category and by total redemptions, so a code that worked in our test can still fail on your account.
- Discount amounts, minimum spends and end dates are set by Temu and can change without notice.
- We are an independent publisher. We have no access to your Temu account, your coupon centre or Temu’s promotional systems.
